Introduction

My goal is to breed healthy mittelspitzes with balanced character and appearance according to breed standards. My breeding is small in scale and takes place at home: dogs to me are first and foremost pets, members of the family and companions for activities. I therefore have a litter only every so often and only from the kinds of combinations which I hope will provide continuation to my breeding work. I plan to place most of the puppies on breeding terms, so that the number of dogs at home remains reasonable but that I still have enough breeding material to enable critical selection of future studs of brood bitches.

Most important in my breeding selections are good health and balanced character. Also appearance matters: a dog with a healthy and good structure has a better chance of a full and happy life. For my breeding work I only select dogs who have passed health inspections and have been to shows and, when possible, have also been character-tested. 

Our litters are given a Bio Sensor-treatment and all puppies are puppy-tested before they are given to their owners. I will also use the most modern tests to follow the development of their characters and behaviour until maturity, with a little help from the owners of course.
